Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of Digify Job Hunter. By creating an account you agree to them.
What the service does
Digify Job Hunter gathers jobs from public sources, removes duplicates, assigns each one a fit score produced by artificial intelligence, selects the most suitable resume, generates cover letters, and can fill in and submit applications on third-party systems when you decide to.
Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email or with a Google or GitHub account. You are responsible for keeping control of the mailbox and the accounts you use to sign in.
You confirm that the information in your profile and the resumes you upload are truthful and yours.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to send false information to employers, to impersonate someone else, to automate applications on behalf of others without authorisation, or to deliberately overload the service or employers' systems.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Applications and responsibility
An application starts from an action you take. You are responsible for the content sent to the employer, including the resume and the generated cover letter.
Text produced by artificial intelligence may contain inaccuracies. We recommend reviewing the material before it is sent.
We do not guarantee an interview, a reply or a hire. We have no relationship with employers and do not influence their decisions.
Availability
We work to keep the service available, but it depends on job sources and external providers that can fail or change without notice. The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for losses arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these terms removes rights granted to consumers by law.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
